Xinshe Dango
19 Industries 23 Specialists, Linking the beauty of Xinshe

Xinshe Jhonghe,Taiwan has an excellent natural environment surrounded by mountains. The ecology is dominated by the streamside landscape, offering a serene escape. Most of the residents are thrifty and simple, mainly farming. After actual on ground surveying, we found that the local industries are scattered, and foreign tourists lack comprehensive information, resulting in a disorganised visitor experience.

Xinshe Dango is a design project that unified 19 industries in Xinshe Jhonghe, promote the local characteristics through product packaging, and enrich the visitor experience with informative and engaging editorial publication.
Trademark & Logotype

The trademark is developed according to the theme, gathering 19 industries and 23 specialists of Xinshe to develop the design concept, with "People" "Dango" and " Strings" as the main elements of the trademark. "People" - symbolizes the specialists of Xinshe Jhonghe; "Dango" - a symbol of unity; "Strings" - symbolizes the connection and integration of local industries and specialists.

"Logotype" design responded to the concept of "trademark"design, combining the neatness of "bold font" with the roundness of "round font". The Chinese and English logotypes had been designed with some rounded edges, presenting  the main style with "simplicity", "cuteness" and "harmony".
